"APARELHO, SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA GERAR E CONTROLAR ARMADILHAS óPTICAS PARA MANIPULAR PEQUENAS PARTìCULAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho e um método para gerar e controlar armadilhas ópticas (1000, 1002) para manipulação de pequenas partículas. Uma modificação de entrada em um feixe de laser (12,22) proporciona um feixe com seção transversal quadrada, ou outra previamente selecionada, de intensidade que pode ser usada para formar armadilhas ópticas (1000, 1002) com uma seção transversal correspondente de intensidade.
