Abstract

"APARELHO DE CONSTATAçãO E DE DIAGNóSTICO MéDICOS". A invenção visa permitir constatações precoces de doenças cardiovasculares realizando para isso uma dupla detecção estetoscópica e Doppler por meios que garantem uma alta coerência entre as detecções. Um aparelho de constatação e de diagnóstico médico de acordo com a invenção compreende um conduto de ligação (3, 33) de transmissão sonora conectado, em uma extremidade, a uma caixa (100) que forma pelo menos parcialmente uma corneta acústica (1<39>) munida de uma membrana (2) e, na outra extremidade, a pelo menos um fone de ouvido de escuta (4) de um sinal estetoscópico que provém da corneta (1<39>). De acordo com a invenção, a caixa (100) aloja pelo menos uma sonda ultra-sónica (8) disposta de maneira a permitir a convergência de recepção dos sinais ultra-sónicos e estetoscópicos. A sonda é ligada a um circuito de tratamento transdutor (37) que pode fornecer, a partir de um sinal Doppler, um sinal de áudio por acoplamento do circuito de tratamento a um alto-falante (34) em contato com a corneta para uma escuta de tipo estetoscópica, e um sinal de vídeo por acoplamento do circuito de tratamento (37) a meios de visualização (39) para fornecer uma informação visual.
