Abstract

"MéTODO PARA DESFIBRAR MATERIAL DE FIBRA RECICLADO DENTRO DE UM CILINDRO DE POLPA, E O CILINDRO DE POLPA". A invenção relata um método para desfibrar material de fibra reciclado dentro de um cilindro de polpa, provido com um substancialmente cilindro horizontal. O material de fibra reciclado e água são alimentados dentro do cilindro de polpa e o cilindro do cilindro de polpa é simultaneamente rodado. Quando o cilindro roda, o material de fibra reciclado fica na parte de cima do cilindro, e finalmente devido à força da gravidade cai em direção ao fundo. Depois da queda e pancadas no fundo, o material de fibra reciclado é desfibrado, formando uma mistura de polpa de fibra com água. O valor ao menos como parametro descrito no processo de desfibração ou propriedades da polpa de fibra são medidas básicas no cilindro de polpa ou o resultado da mistura da polpa de fibra e esse valor é usado para controlar a velocidade de rotação do cilindro no cilindro de polpa. A invenção também relata o cilindro de polpa implementando o método da invenção.
