Abstract

Un procedimiento para desfibrar material fibroso, especialmente material que contiene fibras recicladas, en un tambor de desfibrado (1) rotatorio que tiene una parte de desfibrado (14) de material y una parte de tamizado (15), en el que un extremo (5) del tambor de desfibrado (1) rotatorio está dotado de dispositivos (6) para suministrar el material fibroso en la parte de desfibrado (14) del tambor de desfibrado (1) rotatorio y el otro extremo (2) del tambor de desfibrado (1) rotatorio está dotado de dispositivos para verter el material desde la parte de tamizado (15) del mismo, comprendiendo el procedimiento las etapas siguientes: a) se suministra un lote de material fibroso y líquido en el tambor de desfibrado (1) rotatorio, b) se desfibra material en la parte de desfibrado (14) del tambor de desfibrado (1) rotatorio, c) se transfiere el lote de material desfibrado a la parte de tamizado (15) del tambor de desfibrado (1) rotatorio, d) se trata el lote de material desfibrado en la parte de tamizado (15), en la que se separa material de fibra aceptado a través de una superficie de tamizado para la aceptación, y e) se vierte material de desecho desde el tambor de desfibrado (1) rotatorio, en donde el sentido de rotación o la inclinación del tambor de desfibrado (1) rotatorio, o ambos, se cambian al menos entre las etapas b) y e).
