Abstract

"TRANSDUTOR ULTRASÈNICO COM LUVAS". Um transdutor ultra-sónico com luvas (40) possui uma massa dianteira de duas partes (42), incluindo uma luva roscada (44) e um alojamento externo (46) que são compostos de materiais diferentes. A luva roscada (44) é de preferência um metal tal como titânio que fornece resistência de rosca superior para corresponder com um parafuso de compressão (24), enquanto o alojamento externo (46) é de preferência de alumínio ou cerâmica ou outro metal ou material não metálico que forneça boa capacidade térmica de dissipador de calor e/ou transmissão de energia vibracional. A combinação dos dois componentes (44, 46) fornece um transdutor ultra-sónico aperfeiçoado.
