Abstract

"SISTEMA DE SOLDAGEM A ARCO ELéTRICO". A invenção refere-se a um sistema de soldagem a arco elétrico para produzir um primeiro arco de soldagem de CA com uma primeira forma de onda de corrente entre um primeiro eletrodo e uma peça de trabalho por um primeiro suprimento de potência e um segundo arco de soldagem de CA com uma segunda forma de onda de corrente entre um segundo eletrodo e uma peça de trabalho por um segundo suprimento de potência à medida que o primeiro e o segundo eletrodos são movidos em harmonia ao longo de uma trajetória de soldagem, em que o primeiro e o segundo suprimentos de potência compreendem, cada um, um inversor de comutação de alta velocidade que produz a sua forma de onda por diversos pulsos de corrente que ocorrem a uma freq³ência de pelo menos 18 kHz, com a magnitude de cada pulso de corrente sendo controlada por um modelador de onda e a polaridade das formas de onda sendo controlada por um sinal. A primeira forma de onda de CA possui uma parte positiva substancialmente diferente em energia de sua parte negativa e/ou possui ou um formato diferente e/ou uma parte senoidal sintetizada.
