Abstract

"MéTODO DE TRANSFERIR UMA FRAGRâNCIA PARA UM PRODUTO, MATERIAL DE EMBALAGEM, EMBALAGEM DE PRODUTO E APARELHO PARA ADICIONAR UMA FRAGRâNCIA A UM PRODUTO". Onde materiais de embalagens e embalagens que transferem fragrâncias para alimentos e outros produtos através da fase de vapor são descritos aqui. A presente invenção provê uma fonte da fragrância desejada, um ambiente adequado para transferência de vapor, e um substrato alimentar apropriado ao qual o aroma e fragrância são adicionados. Exemplos da fonte de fragrância podem ser um filme de embalagem contendo a fragrância, um saquinho contendo material impregnado com aroma, uma fita ou etiqueta aplicada à parte interna de um pacote, e um grânulo difusor de aroma ou um sistema ativo para aplicar vapor de aroma ao ambiente. Materiais que são preferivelmente tratados usando a presente invenção incluem salgadinhos, doces, produtos de padaria, vegetais frescos, cereais e bebidas, assim como produtos não-alimentícios. O tempo necessário para transferir o aroma depende principalmente da volatilidade e concentração das fragrâncias, a capacidade de absorção do alimento e a intensidade do aroma desejado.
