Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA CALIBRAGEM DE UM SENSOR DE UMIDADE ASSIM COMO DISPOSIçãO DE SENSOR COM UM SENSOR DE UMIDADE A SER CALIBRADO". Processo e dispositivo para calibragem de um sensor de umidade assim como disposição de sensor com um sensor de umidade a ser calibrado. Para a calibragem de um sensor de umidade (1) a umidade relativa (U1, U2) é respectivamente medida com este sensor com dois conhecidos valores de pressão do gás (P1, P2) a serem medidos igualmente. As demais condições ambientais são mantidas com isso constantes. Um valor de correção para a correção dos valores de medição do sensor de umidade a ser subtraído por estes resulta então da fórmula: k = ((P1/P2)*U2 - U1) / (P1/P2 - 1) . O sensor de umidade (1) pode com isso ser calibrado sem uma medição do efetivo valor de umidade.
