Abstract

本发明公开了一种湿度传感器标定箱，属于湿度传感器标定装置领域，为解决现有装置成本高等缺陷而设计。本发明湿度传感器标定箱包括中空密闭的箱体、设置在箱体内的恒湿度产生源、连接在箱体上的基准湿度传感器和温度传感器、以及设置在箱体上的至少一个接口。标定箱上还设有密封盖；当接口未连有待标定湿度传感器时，密封盖将接口密封。箱体包括底座、设置在底座上的箱主体、以及覆盖箱主体顶端的上盖板；基准湿度传感器、温度传感器和接口都设置在上盖板上。本发明湿度传感器标定箱结构简单，制作方便，成本低廉，操作简单，产生的湿度值准确，能够降低湿度传感器的生产成本，提高生产率，适用于各种湿度传感器的标定。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种湿度传感器标定箱。
背景技术
空气中的湿度值是家庭居室和多种科研环境较为关注的一个数值，是居住环境舒适及科研数据准确的重要参考指标。
湿度值测量中多使用湿度传感器。为了能够准确测量湿度值，需要对湿度传感器进行标定。现有的湿度传感器标定设备成本高、结构复杂，导致湿度传感器的生产成本过高。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提出一种成本低的湿度传感器标定箱。
本发明的另一个目的是提出一种标定准确的湿度传感器标定箱。
本发明的再一个目的是提出一种使用方便的湿度传感器标定箱。
为达此目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种湿度传感器标定箱，所述标定箱包括中空密闭的箱体、设置在所述箱体内的恒湿度产生源、连接在所述箱体上的基准湿度传感器和温度传感器、以及设置在箱体上的至少一个接口；恒湿度产生源用于产生设定的湿度值，令所述箱体内形成恒湿度空间；基准湿度传感器用于测量所述箱体内的湿度值是否符合设定；温度传感器用于测量所述箱体内的温度值是否符合设定；接口用于将待标定湿度传感器联通至所述箱体的内部。
特别是，所述标定箱上还设有密封盖；当接口未连有待标定湿度传感器时，所述密封盖将所述接口密封。
进一步，所述密封盖为堵头螺钉。
特别是，所述箱体包括底座、设置在所述底座上的箱主体、以及覆盖所述箱主体顶端的上盖板；所述基准湿度传感器、温度传感器和接口都设置在所述上盖板上。
进一步，所述底座由隔热材料制成。
进一步，所述箱主体由玻璃经热弯工艺后一体成型。
进一步，所述上盖板由疏水材料制成。
更进一步，所述上盖板由聚四氟乙烯制成。
特别是，所述恒湿度产生源为设定温度下的无机盐饱和溶液。
本发明湿度传感器标定箱结构简单，制作方便，成本低廉，操作简单，产生的湿度值准确，能够降低湿度传感器的生产成本，提高生产率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
优选实施例一：
如图1所示，本优选实施例提供一种湿度传感器标定箱。底座1选用隔热材料，以尽量减少由于温度不均匀导致的湿度值不恒定。玻璃箱主体2的高度在500mm左右，选用8mm厚的热弯玻璃一体成型。上盖板3由聚四氟乙烯制成，可以防止产生的蒸汽在上盖板3上凝结，影响湿度值的恒定。
上盖板3上留有定制的接口，用于连接待标定湿度传感器。在未安装待标定湿度传感器时，接口被堵头螺钉密封。
上盖板3上还装有标定好的高精度的基准湿度传感器4和高精度的温度传感器5。高精度的基准湿度传感器4用于判断箱体内是否已经形成了恒定的湿度场。高精度的温度传感器5用来确定现在该装置处于怎样的一段温度区间内，通过这个温度区间来判断该种饱和盐溶液产生的湿度值是多少。判断值与高精度的基准湿度传感器4的测量值做对比，以确定恒湿度场是否形成，为标定湿度传感器做好准备。
使用方法：将无机盐饱和溶液放置在箱体内，通过基准湿度传感器4和温度传感器5确定箱体内的湿度值符合设定值后，将待标定温度传感器连接在接口上，标定。
优选实施例二：
本优选实施例提供一种湿度传感器标定箱，其结构和优选实施例一基本相同，包括中空密闭的箱体、设置在箱体内的恒湿度产生源、连接在箱体上的基准湿度传感器和温度传感器、以及设置在箱体上的至少一个接口。
不同之处在于：当接口未连有待标定湿度传感器时，不限定是否对接口进行密封，即使密封亦不限定使用密封盖；即使采用密封盖，密封盖也不限定为堵头螺钉。箱体的具体结构不限，可以是由底座、箱主体和上盖板组成的结构，也可以是一体式的盒装结构，能够形成相对密闭的空间用于形成恒湿度环境即可。底座、箱主体和上盖板的具体材料不限，能够有利于在箱体内形成恒湿度环境的材料均可。恒湿度产生源不限于为设定温度下的无机盐饱和溶液，任何可以在箱体中产生恒湿度环境的湿度源均可。

Claims (7)

1.一种湿度传感器标定箱，其特征在于，所述标定箱包括中空密闭的箱体、设置在所述箱体内的恒湿度产生源、连接在所述箱体上的基准湿度传感器(4)和温度传感器(5)、以及设置在箱体上的至少一个接口；
恒湿度产生源，用于产生设定的湿度值，令所述箱体内形成恒湿度空间；
基准湿度传感器(4)，用于测量所述箱体内的湿度值是否符合设定；
温度传感器(5)，用于测量所述箱体内的温度值是否符合设定；
接口，用于将待标定湿度传感器联通至所述箱体的内部；
所述标定箱上还设有密封盖；当接口未连有待标定湿度传感器时，所述密封盖将所述接口密封；
所述箱体包括底座(1)、设置在所述底座(1)上的箱主体(2)、以及覆盖所述箱主体(2)顶端的上盖板(3)；所述基准湿度传感器(4)、温度传感器(5)和接口都设置在所述上盖板(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的湿度传感器标定箱，其特征在于，所述密封盖为堵头螺钉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的湿度传感器标定箱，其特征在于，所述底座(1)由隔热材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的湿度传感器标定箱，其特征在于，所述箱主体(2)由玻璃经热弯工艺后一体成型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的湿度传感器标定箱，其特征在于，所述上盖板(3)由疏水材料制成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的湿度传感器标定箱，其特征在于，所述上盖板(3)由聚四氟乙烯制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的湿度传感器标定箱，其特征在于，所述恒湿度产生源为设定温度下的无机盐饱和溶液。
