Abstract

The container, basically circular in shape, consists of a first section or base (3) with a cavity (7) holding an applicator (13), and a second or upper section (20) with a recess (30) for the cosmetic product holder (31), and a threaded neck (42) for a lid (40). The upper section is connected to the base by a pivot (22) at one side and is fastened by a catch mechanism (12, 23) on the opposite side.
