Detailed Description
Further advantages and effects of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present specification, by describing the embodiments of the present invention with specific examples. While the description of the invention will be presented in connection with a preferred embodiment, it is not intended to limit the inventive features to that embodiment. Rather, the purpose of the invention described in connection with the embodiments is to cover other alternatives or modifications, which may be extended by the claims based on the invention. The following description contains many specific details for the purpose of providing a thorough understanding of the present invention. The invention may be practiced without these specific details. Furthermore, some specific details are omitted from the description in order to avoid obscuring the invention.
The terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "top" and "bottom" used in the following description are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
Fig. 1 to 3 show a buccal food package according to the present invention, which comprises a package body 100 and a box cover 200, wherein a food cavity 110 is provided in the package body 100, unused buccal food (e.g. chewing gum, buccal cigarette, etc.) can be contained in the food cavity 110, the food cavity 110 has an opening 111 for taking and placing the buccal food, and the opening 111 can be closed by the box cover 200. In the present invention, the cover 200 may be separable from the case 100 or may be non-separable. When the box cover 200 is covered on the box body 100, the box cover 200 and the box body 100 can be connected through a connecting structure such as a screw thread, a buckle, a rotation pair and the like, or can be directly connected through press fit without the help of the connecting structure.
The inside of the case 100 is also provided with a recycling cavity 120, and the recycling cavity 120 can be used for recycling residues of the buccal food or the used buccal food, so as to avoid the problem of environmental pollution caused by random discarding of the buccal food. In one embodiment, the food cavity 110 is separated from the recovery cavity 120 by a partition 130, i.e., the food cavity 110 is not in communication with the recovery cavity 120, to avoid contamination of the food cavity 110 by the recovery material in the recovery cavity 120. In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the separation structure 130 may be a partition; in another embodiment, the surface of the separation structure 130 used to form the food cavity 110 and/or the recovery cavity 120 may be a concave-convex surface to adjust the volume of the food cavity 110 or the receiving cavity 120.
As shown in fig. 3, the recovery chamber 120 also includes an opening 121 through which the recovery material can be placed into the recovery chamber 120 or removed from the recovery chamber 120. The package further includes a recovery cap 300 for closing the opening 121, the recovery cap 300 being rotatably coupled to the case 100, and the opening 121 being opened or closed when the recovery cap 300 is rotated with respect to the case 100.
Please refer to fig. 3 and fig. 4. The box body 100 further comprises a rotation pair 400, wherein the rotation pair 400 is arranged in the recovery cavity 120, and the rotation pair 400 comprises a first rotation body 410 fixedly connected with the box body 100 and a second rotation body 420 fixedly connected with the recovery cover 300. The rotary pair 400 has a rotary shaft 430, and the first rotary body 410 is rotatable about the rotary shaft 430 with respect to the second rotary body 420, i.e., the rotatable connection between the recovery cover 300 and the case 100 is achieved by the rotatable connection between the first rotary body 410 and the second rotary body 420. In the extending direction of the rotating shaft 430, the first rotating body 410 is fixedly disposed relative to the second rotating body 420, because the box body 100 is fixedly connected with the first rotating body 410, the recovery cover 300 is fixedly connected with the second rotating body 420, so that the relative position between the recovery cover 300 and the box body 100 is also fixed in the extending direction along the rotating shaft 430, that is, the recovery cover 300 is fixedly connected with the box body 100 at least in one direction, thereby avoiding the problem that the recovery cover 300 is easy to drop from the box body 100.
Generally, the recycling cavity 120 is used for temporarily accommodating recycled materials, and the required volume is relatively small, and the invention adopts a mode of arranging the rotary pair 400 in the recycling cavity 120, so that on the premise of meeting the recycling function of the recycling cavity 120, the connection structure of the box body 100 and the recycling cover 300 can be avoided from being arranged outside the packaging box, so that the packaging box is concise and attractive, the volume of the packaging box can be reduced, and the packaging box is convenient for people to carry. In addition, a sticker on which product information is drawn is generally required to be adhered to the outer surface of the packing box, and the revolute pair 400 is arranged in the recovery cavity 120, so that the packing box has a relatively smooth outer surface, the sticker is convenient to adhere, and manufacturability of packing box manufacturing can be improved.
Further, the extending direction of the rotating shaft 430 is perpendicular to the plane of the opening 121, that is, the opening direction of the recovery lid 130 is parallel to the plane of the opening 121, which has the following advantages: can effectively prevent misoperation. That is, in the case of non-manual operation, for example, in the case of putting the packing box in a pocket of clothes to be carried around, the recovery lid 300 is not opened even if the recovery lid 300 is subjected to an uncontrollable external force (for example, friction force of clothes).
The shape of the opening 121 and the position of the rotation shaft 430 need to be designed to be matched to realize the function of closing and opening the opening 121. In one embodiment, opening 121 is circular, and circular opening 121 is not only easy to manufacture, but is also generally aesthetically pleasing. In this embodiment, the opening 121 is only required to be designed into a circular shape, and the case 100 itself may be designed into other shapes such as a cylindrical shape, a square shape, and an irregular shape, without being limited by the shape of the opening 121.
Please refer to fig. 3 and fig. 4 again. The rotation shaft 430 is eccentrically disposed with respect to the opening 121, and it is understood that when the opening 121 is circular, the opening and closing of the opening 121 can be achieved only when the rotation shaft 430 is eccentrically disposed with respect to the opening 121. Specifically, the plane in which the rotation axis 430 and the opening 121 are located intersects at a first intersection point 122, and an eccentric distance e is between the first intersection point 122 and the center 123 of the opening 121. It will be appreciated that the larger the value of the eccentricity e, the larger the area of the opening 121 that can be opened, but if the eccentricity e is too large, the openable area of the opening 121 and the speed at which it can be opened will increase accordingly, and the articles in the recovery chamber 120 will be easily spilled. In a preferred embodiment, the eccentricity e is 0.25 to 0.35 times the diameter of the opening 121.
Referring to fig. 1 again, the package further includes a locking device 500, where the locking device 500 includes a first fastener 510 fixed on the box body 100 and a second fastener 520 fixed on the recovery cover 300, and when the recovery cover 300 rotates to a closed position of the opening 121 relative to the box body 100, the first fastener 510 and the second fastener 520 are engaged to limit displacement of the first fastener 510 relative to the second fastener 520 along the extending direction of the rotating shaft 430. Since the rotation shaft 430 is eccentrically disposed with respect to the opening 121, that is, the recovery cap 300 is eccentrically supported by the second rotator 420, each portion of the recovery cap 300 has different rigidity, and the lower the rigidity, the greater the deformation of the portion farther from the rotation shaft 430. It will be appreciated that the portion of the recovery cap 300 having the lowest rigidity is an edge portion located on the extension line of the first intersection point 122 and the center 123, and the edge portion and the first intersection point 122 are located on both sides of the center 123. In a preferred embodiment, the locker 500 is disposed at this position to reinforce the rigidity of the recovery cover 300 at this position, preventing a gap from occurring between the recovery cover 300 and the case 100 when the opening 121 is closed due to insufficient rigidity.
In one embodiment, one of the first fastening member 510 and the second fastening member 520 has a locking groove, and the other has a locking tongue, that is, the locking device 500 of the present embodiment is a device in which the locking groove and the locking tongue are engaged. When the recovery lid 300 rotates to the closed position of the opening 121 relative to the case 100, the latch rotates into the locking groove, so that the first fastener 510 and the second fastener 520 are engaged with each other.
Please refer to fig. 1, 4-6. In one embodiment, the locking groove is provided on the first fastener 510, i.e., on the case 100, and the locking tongue is provided on the recovery cap 300. Specifically, the first fastener 510 is a protruding portion 160 extending from the box body 100 toward the recovery cover 300, and a locking groove is formed on a side wall of the protruding portion 160 facing the opening 121; the recovery cover 300 has a sheet-like structure and includes a thinned portion 310, and the latch is formed of the thinned portion 310. The thinned portion 310 is a portion of the sheet-like recovery cover 300 having a thinner thickness relative to the recovery cover portion adjacent thereto. When the recovery lid 300 rotates to the closed position of the opening 121 relative to the case 100, the thinned portion 310 is engaged in the locking groove on the protruding portion 160, so that the recovery lid 300 is engaged in the locking groove on the protruding portion 160. The thinned portion 300 may be cut from a blank of the recovery cover 300, or may be directly molded by injection molding. The design effectively utilizes the existing part of the recovery cover 300, does not add extra components, not only simplifies the structure, but also makes the appearance of the package compact and beautiful. In a preferred embodiment, the free end of the projection 160 is flush with the bottom surface of the recovery cap 300, further simplifying the appearance of the pack. It will be appreciated that in another embodiment, a locking slot may be provided on the recovery cap 300 and a locking tongue may be provided on the case 100.
Further, one of the first rotator 410 and the second rotator 420 is an inner rotator, and the other is an outer rotator, and the inner rotator is sleeved inside the outer rotator. In one embodiment, the outer surface of the inner rotor is conformed to the inner surface of the outer rotor to make the rotation process of the swing pair 400 smoother. When the case 100 and the recovery cover 300 are injection molded, the rotation pair 400 adopts a design of matching the inner and outer rotation columns, so that the manufacturability of injection molding can be improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, a first rotator 410 (i.e., an outer rotator) is provided on the case 100, and a second rotator 420 (i.e., an inner rotator) is provided on the recovery cap 300. Specifically, one end of the outer rotary column is connected to a chamber wall of the recovery chamber 120 opposite to the opening 121, and extends from the connection in the direction of the opening 121; one end of the inner column is connected to the side of the recovery cap 300 for closing the opening 121, and the extending direction of the inner column is parallel to the outer column. It will be appreciated that in another embodiment, an inner swivel post may be provided on the cassette body 100 and an outer swivel post may be provided on the recovery cap 300 in cooperation therewith.
It will be appreciated that as the outer diameter of the outer steering column increases, the stiffness of the swivel assembly 400 increases, and the rotational stability of the recovery cap 300 relative to the housing 100 increases, but at the same time the volume of the recovery chamber 120 decreases. In one embodiment, the outer diameter of the outer rotary column is 0.25-0.35 times the inner diameter of the recovery chamber, which can combine the volume of the recovery chamber 120 with the stiffness of the revolute pair 400.
In one embodiment, the inner rotor is hollow, saving material for manufacturing the package.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the inner surface of the outer column is provided with a first catching protrusion 411 extending in the circumferential direction thereof, and the outer surface of the inner column is provided with a second catching protrusion 421 extending in the circumferential direction thereof, and the first catching protrusion 411 and the second catching protrusion 421 abut against each other to prevent the inner column and the outer column from being separated from each other. In one embodiment, the inner surface of the outer rotating column is a cylindrical surface, the outer surface of the inner rotating column is a cylindrical surface attached to the outer rotating column, the first clamping convex part 411 is an annular convex rib structure formed on the inner surface of the outer rotating column, and the second clamping convex part 412 is an annular convex rib structure formed on the outer surface of the inner rotating column.
Further, the packing box further includes a guide member 600, the guide member 600 being disposed in the recovery cavity 120 and outside the outer column, and one side surface of the guide member 600 being attached to the outer wall of the outer column during the relative rotation of the recovery cover 300 and the box body 100. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in one embodiment, the outer wall of the outer column is a cylindrical surface, and the guide member 600 is a thin-walled structure in which the outer walls of the outer column are parallel. The guide member 600 is designed to have a thin wall structure, which can further save materials and improve injection molding manufacturability. In addition, since the guide member 600 provides the guide for the outer column, it is required to be coupled to a different structure from the outer column. That is, when the inner column is fixedly coupled to the case 100, the guide member 600 is also fixedly coupled to the case 100; when the inner column is fixedly coupled to the recovery box 300, the guide member 600 is also fixedly coupled to the recovery box 300.
Further, a first protrusion/first recess is provided on a side surface of the guide member 600, and a second recess/second protrusion is provided on an outer wall of the outer column, respectively, such that when the recovery cover 300 is rotated to a closed position of the opening 121 with respect to the case 100, the first protrusion engages with the second recess/the first recess engages with the second protrusion, so that the recovery cover 300 is stabilized at a position where the opening 121 is closed.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the recovery cover 300 has a sheet structure, so that the overall volume of the package box can be further reduced, and the package box has a smaller structure and is convenient to carry.
In one embodiment, the material of the packaging box is plastic, so that the manufacturing cost of the packaging box is reduced; in another embodiment, the material of the package is metal to increase the strength of the package.
In summary, the above embodiments are provided to illustrate the principles of the present invention and its efficacy, but not to limit the invention. Modifications and variations may be made to the above-described embodiments by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent modifications and variations of the invention be covered by the claims, which are within the ordinary skill of the art, be within the spirit and scope of the present disclosure.
