Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DE SUPORTE HìBRIDA PARA UM PAINEL DE INSTRUMENTOS DE VEìCULO, E PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DO MESMO". Uma estrutura de suporte híbrida para um painel de instrumentos de veículo, compreende: - um elemento transversal de metal (10) tendo uma conformação alongada ao longo de um eixo principal (12); - um duto de distribuição de ar (18) feito de material plástico, incluindo pelo menos um duto de conformação alongada (20), o qual se estende paralelo ao elemento transversal de metal (10), e uma caixa de distribuição de ar (22) apoiada no elemento transversal de metal (10) por co-moldagem; e - pelo menos um suporte (28, 30) feito de material plástico, apoiado no elemento transversal de metal (10) por co-moldagem e conectado ao dito duto de distribuição de ar (20) a fim de permitir liberdade relativa de movimento entre o duto (20) e o suporte (28, 30) em uma direção paralela ao dito eixo principal (12).
