Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FUNDIçãO REDUTORA". Um processo de fundição redutora inclui as etapas de: vazar um metal em fusão para uma cavidade de uma matriz de moldagem; e conduzir a fundição enquanto reduzindo um filme de óxido formado sobre uma superfície do metal em fusão, deixando-se o metal em fusão e uma substância redutora entrarem em contato entre eles na cavidade. Nessa ocasião, o metal em fusão é vazado para a cavidade, em um estado no qual a matriz de moldagem é resfriada forçosamente por um dispositivo de resfriamento, sendo, desse modo, resfriado rapidamente. Além disso, nessa ocasião, uma velocidade de solidificação, na qual o metal em fusão é rapidamente resfriado, é deixada ser igual ou superior a 600<198>C/min. Ainda mais, nessa ocasião, o metal em fusão é colocado na cavidade em um tempo de enchimento de 1,0 segundo a 9,0 segundos.
