Abstract

"MáQUINA CONFORMADORA DE ENGRENAGEM E PROCESSO PARA A OPERAçãO DE UMA MáQUINA CONFORMADORA DE ENGRENAGEM". A invenção é relativa a uma máquina conformadora de engrenagem para a produção, ou mais precisamente usinagem, de rodas de engrenagem com uma mesa rotativa de máquina acionada por motor para sustentar a peça em elaboração, o um fuso de empuxo com uma ferramenta fixada a ele, preferivelmente um disco de corte, o dito fuso de empuxo sendo deslocável em um movimento seletivo de curso e rotativo superpostos, pelo que, a posição de curso pode ser detectada por meio de um primeiro dispositivo de medição arranjado no acionamento de curso. De acordo com a invenção, o movimento rotativo superposto do fuso de empuxo é produzido por meio de um acionamento rotativo direto e existe arranjado na área do fuso de empuxo um segundo dispositivo de medição para a detecção de erros em seu trajeto de movimento. A invenção é ainda relativa a um processo para a operação da máquina conformadora de engrenagem anteriormente mencionada.
