Abstract
"MATERIAL INERTE à REAçãO, COM ELEVADA DUREZA, PARA COMPONENTES TERMICAMENTE SOLICITADOS". A invenção refere-se a um material, a um processo para sua preparação, e a um emprego do material para componentes e ferramentas com submetidas a cargas térmicas. A invenção consiste em um material com elevada inércia a reação, particularmente elevada resistência a oxidação, e elevada dureza a uma temperatura de até 750<198> C, formado de uma liga com uma composição essencialmente (em % em peso) de: Carbono (C) 0,01 até 0,25 Silício (Si) 0,35 até 2,5 Manganês (Mn) 0,4 até 4,3 Cromo (Cr) 16,0 até 28,0 Níquel (Ni) 15,0 até 36,0 Nitrogênio (N) 0,01 até 0,29 com a condição de que o teor de níquel da liga é igual ou opcionalmente no máximo 4,8 % em peso maior do que o valor formado do teor de cromo mais 1,5 vezes o silício, menos 0,12 vezes o manganês, menos 18 vezes o nitrogênio, menos 30 vezes o carbono, menos o valor numérico 6 Ni <242> Cr + 1,5 x Si - 0,1 2 x Mn - 18 x N - 30 x C - 6 o restante sendo ferro (Fe), assim como elementos associados e impurezas, cujo material apresenta uma dureza formada por moldagem a frio de pelo menos 230 HB."HIGH-HARD REACTION INERT MATERIAL FOR THERMALLY REQUIRED COMPONENTS".
