Abstract
"PROCESSO CONTìNUO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE N-FOSFONOMETIL GLICINA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo contínuo para a fabricação de glifosato (N-fosfonometil) glicina, pela oxidação catalisada do ácido N-fosfonometiliminodiacético. O glifosato pode ser fornecido com alto rendimento e em um processo eficiente em relação ao custo pela minimização das reações colaterais competitivas e subprodutos. O processo inclui conduzir a reação de oxidação e seleção de um catalisador apropriado para maximizar a velocidade de oxidação do ácido N-fosfonometiliminodiacético enquanto ao mesmo tempo minimiza a velocidade de oxidação de glifosato na mesma reação.
