Abstract

"PERFILAMENTO DE PROTEìNAS DE PLANTAS HIPER ACìDICAS". A presente invenção refere a um método para perfilamento de extrato de proteína de partes aéreas hiper acídicas da planta Gerânio Perfumado (Pelargonium sp.), o referido método compreendendo as etapas de selecionar meio de extração eficaz, com meio de extração consistindo em 0.2 M de carbonato de sódio aumentando a percentagem de extrato em aproximadamente 600%, selecionar meio eficaz para determinar padrão de polipeptídeo no referido extrato, com meio de padrão de polipeptídeo consistindo em Carbonato de Sódio variando entre 0.2 e 0.4 M, e 0.2M de Carbonato de sódio juntamente com sulfóxido de dimetila a 50%, selecionar meios eficazes para determinar formas multimoleculares de enzimas no referido extrato, com meios de formas multimoleculares de enzimas consistindo em 0.2 M tampão de Tris-HC1 em pH 7,5, e opcionalmente sulfóxido de dimetila a 50%; Carbonato de sódio em concentração que varia entre 0.2 e 0.4 M e opcionalmente sulfóxido de dimetila a 50%, e utilizar técnicas bioquímica e biofísica compreendendo eletroforese de gel, espectrofotometria, centrifugação, estimativa de proteína no referido método para determinar facetas quantitativa, qualitativa, estrutural e funcional das proteinas do referido extrato, e composições de extração das mesmas.
