Abstract
"REATOR DE CAMISA". Compreendendo um feixe de tubos de reação (6) vertical, anelar, banhado por um meio de transferência de calor, chapas de desvio (22 , 24) alternadamente anelares e discóides para o meio de transferência de calor que para a passagem do meio de transferência de calor possuem aberturas de fluxo parcial (26) com uma seção transversal que varia pelo menos parcialmente através do raio do reator, e com canais anelares (18, 20) em pelo menos ambas as extremidades da camisa do reator, é caracterizado pela combinação de pelo menos duas das seguintes características: a) Elementos de guia para a corrente, distribuídos na circunferência do reator (38, 42, 44,50) na circunferência externa e/ou interna do feixe de tubos de reação (6); b) Uma divisão de tubos no feixe de tubos de reação (6) que varia em todas as direções radiais sobre a circunferência do reator no sentido de obter resistências de corrente controláveis; c) Uma dimensão radial do feixe de tubos de reação (6) que varia em todas as direções radiais sobre a circunferência do reator no sentido de obter resistências de corrente controláveis; d) Uma dimensão radial de pelo menos um tipo das chapas de desvio (22, 24) que varia sobre a circunferência do reator no sentido de obter relações de afluxo aos tubos controláveis; e) Seções transversais variáveis de pelo menos uma coroa das aberturas de fluxo parcial (26) em pelo menos um tipo das chapas de desvio (22 , 24) que variam sobre a circunferência do reator, no sentido de obter condições de afluxo aos tubos controláveis.
