Abstract

"OXIAMIDAS DE ALQUILAMINO COMO CATALIZADORES NãO VOLáTEIS E DE POUCO ODOR PARA A PRODUçãO DE POLIURETANAS". Um processo para a síntese de poliuretanas é aqui descrito sendo que o processo compreende reagir os reagentes para a formação de poliuretanas na presença de uma quantidade efetiva de um catalisador compreendendo pelo menos uma oxiamida de alquilamino de estrutura: fórmula (I), na qual: R^ 1^ e R^ 2^ são grupos alquila independentemente selecionados ou podem ser tidos juntos para formar um anel hetero cíclico de cinco ou de seis membros; R^ 3^ e R^ 4^ são independentemente selecionados do grupo que consiste de hidrogênio ou alquila; n é 2 ou 3; x é 0 ou 1; Y é selecionado do grupo que consiste de O e NR~ 9~; sendo que: R~ g~ é selecionado do grupo que consiste de hidrogênio e alquila, e X é selecionado do grupo que consiste de OR~ 10~ e G, sendo que: R~ 10~ é selecionado do grupo que consiste de hidrogênio e alquila; e G é fórmula (II), sendo que R~ 5~ e R~ 6~ são grupos alquila independentemente selecionados ou podem ser tidos juntos para formar um anel hetero cíclico de cinco ou de seis membros; R~ 7~ e R~ 8~ são independentemente selecionados do grupo que consiste de hidrogênio ou alquila; n é 2 ou 3; x é 0 ou 1; e Y<39> é selecionado do grupo que consiste de O e NR~ 11~; sendo que: R~ 11~ é selecionado do grupo que consiste de hidrogênio e alquila.
