Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A EXTRAçãO POR SOLVENTE DE óLEOS EM UM MATERIAL CONTENDO óLEO, E, APARELHO PARA A EXTRAçãO POR SOLVENTE". Um processo para a extração de óleo por solvente, em uma câmara de extração, compreendendo a formação de uma névoa de solvente com capacidade de resfriamento adiabático significativo, onde uma diferença entre a entrada e a saída do solvente da câmara de extração direciona a névoa de solvente através da matéria prima contendo o óleo. O solvente é alimentado para a câmara de extração em pressões excedendo a pressão atmosférica, e a saída da câmara de extração é submetida a um vácuo parcial. Um aparelho para a extração por solvente é composto de uma câmara de extração para receber a matéria prima contendo óleo na mesma, a referida câmara de extração compreendendo um sistema de injeção por pulverização de um solvente conectado através de uma entrada com uma porção do circuito de alimentação de solvente de alta pressão, a referida câmara de extração conectada ainda através de uma saída com uma porção do circuito de baixa pressão conectado a um sistema de bomba a vácuo de recuperação de gás.
