A invenção refere-se a novas moléculas de ácido nucleico, ao uso das mesmas para construir microorganismos geneticamente aperfeiçoados e a métodos para preparar compostos de química fina, em particular aminoácidos, com o auxilio de referidos microorganismos geneticamente aperfeiçoados.
