Abstract

"TRANSMISSãO DE FILME". A presente invenção permite que um filme publicitário curto (tipicamente 30s) ou outro filme, seja enviado de um remetente para diversos destinatários (multicast) pela lnternet. O filme é embutido no corpo de uma mensagem de correio eletrónico para a rede (ao invés de ser enviada como um anexo) tal que o filme é executado assim que a mensagem é vista; e a mensagem pode incluir meios para enviar automaticamente uma resposta sempre que a mensagem for aberta ou avançada, pelo que a transmissão da mensagem pode ser rastreada. A invenção pode ser implementada usando-se sistemas e aplicativos de computador patenteados para (a) codificar o filme como um arquivo de fluxo, (b) criar uma página Web e inserir o arquivo nela com gabaritos, (c) adaptar a página Web para visualização como uma mensagem de correio eletrónico e (d) preparar a mensagem para transmissão para receptores selecionados.
