Abstract

"MATERIAL NãO-TECIDO PARA PRODUTOS DE CUIDADO PESSOAL". é fornecido um novo material não-tecido para produtos de cuidado pessoal feitos de fibras, ligante em uma quantidade entre 1 e 6% em peso e superabsorvente em uma quantidade entre 1 e 80% em peso, onde o superabsorvente está contido em micro-bolsas no não-tecido. Estas micro-bolsas podem ser feitas por crepagem de um tecido não-tecido, orientando-se as fibras na direção Z, e passando-se um tecido não tecido relativamente volumoso entre cilindro de ligação padronizado térmico não aquecido e cilindro de bigorna. Estes materiais exibem boa permeabilidade a líquido nas condições pré- e pós-umedecidas, evitando assim o bloqueamento de gel e outros efeitos negativos de inchação do superabsorvente dentro de um tecido.
