Abstract

Se proporciona un nuevo compuesto estructural que comprende una tela no tejida, comprimida en la presencia de un aglutinante soluble al fluido del cuerpo temporal, el cual regresara de nuevo con la descarga de los fluidos del cuerpo a casi su grosor no comprimido original, a fin de disminuir la separacion entre el producto y el cuerpo del usuario. Un tejido adecuado es un tejido orientado verticalmente o "orientado en la direccion -Z" el cual puede hacerse de una variedad de fibras polimericas sinteticas. Los aglutinantes solubles al fluido del cuerpo adecuado se incluyen el alcohol polivinilico (PVOH), polivinil pirrolidona (PVP), oxido de polietileno (PEO) y mezclas de las mismas. El aglutinante puede ser agregado al no tejido por varios medios tales como rociado, embebido y similares. El aglutinante soluble esta presente en una cantidad efectiva para retener el no tejido en un estado comprimido hasta que pasa suficiente fluido del cuerpo a traves del no tejido, disolviendo el aglutinante temporal y liberando el no tejido a casi su grosor original. Estos materiales son adecuados para usarse en productos para el cuidado personal tal como panales, calzoncillos de aprendizaje, productos para incontinencia, vendajes y toallas sanitarias.
