Abstract

"MODELO DE INFECçãO POR MYCOPLASMA BOVIS E MéTODOS PARA ADMINISTRAçãO DE M. BOVIS E PARA INDUçãO DE LESõES PNEUMÈNICAS DO PULMãO". A presente invenção proporciona um modelo de infecção experimental reprodutível, por M. bovis e métodos para a indução e estabelecimento, de forma confiável, de uma doença ou alteração causada pela infecção por M. bovis, através da administração a um animal de uma quantidade eficaz de uma cultura de M. bovis. A cultura para infecção experimental da presente invenção é administrada em uma quantidade suficiente para induzir respostas imunes específicas celulares ou humorais. O modelo de infecção experimental por M. bovis de acordo com o presente invenção pode ser usado para avaliar a eficácia de vacinas em potencial.
