Abstract

"DISPOSITIVOS PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UMA MASSA FLUIDA E UNIDADE DE DOSAGEM". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para a preparação de uma massa fluida, em particular, a massa destinada a uso como material de revestimento na indústria alimentícia, uma unidade de dosagem (30), que é utilizada para a dosagem precisa do material inicial particulado. A unidade de dosagem (30), compreende um frasco de armazenamento (32) para o material inicial particulado, o fundo (34) do frasco sendo fornecido com uma abertura de saída inferior (44). Acima do fundo, existe um elemento de dosagem rotativo (38), que é fornecido com segmentos de dosagem (48), que são abertos no lado superior (51) e no lado inferior (52). Uma placa de cobertura (60), que cobre a abertura de saída inferior (44), é disposta em uma posição fixa acima do elemento de dosagem (38).
