Abstract

"TéCNICA PARA OTIMIZAR A DISTRIBUIçãO DE PUBLICIDADE E DE OUTROS SEGMENTOS DE PROGRAMAçãO POR FAZER NEGOCIAçãO DA LARGURA DE BANDA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma técnica para otimizar a distribuição de uma multiplicidade de publicidades e outra programação (402) que é proporcionada por se negociar o vídeo com movimento pleno (404) em relação a outras formas de imagens paradas com alta qualidade, texto, gráficos e áudio (406). Por criar um grupo de componentes de programação digital sincronizados (408), por exemplo, vídeo de quadro parado, áudio, gráficos, texto, animação e objetos de mídia, os quais combinados (416) utilizam menos largura de banda do que um segmento de programação digital padrão de vídeo com movimento pleno com áudio com qualidade de CD, um maior número de opções de conteúdo de programação que pode ser diferenciado pode tornar-se disponível no fluxo de transmissão digital (418). Por causa da quantidade muito expandida de conteúdo que pode ser diferenciado que podem ser criados utilizando-se as técnicas de negociação de largura de banda, maior precisão em direcionar conteúdo particular, tais como publicidades, para usuários particulares, é possível. A invenção também contempla as exigências do sistema tanto de hardware como de software, para um centro de transmissão de programação digital e para o receptor do usuário, necessárias para implementar a metodologia de negociação de largura de banda.
