Abstract
"MéTODO EMPREGANDO ALTA ENERGIA CINéTICA PARA TRABALHO DE MATERIAL". A presente invenção se refere a um método para trabalho de material utilizando alta energia cinética, compreendendo um recurso de estampagem não oscilante (1) que é tracionado a partir de uma posição de partida por uma força aplicada para o propósito de, por intermédio de um impacto único, transferir alta energia cinética para um corpo de material (2) que está para ser trabalhado, depois do que um rechaço (ricochete) do recurso de estampagem (1) ocorre. O método em concordância com a presente invenção está caracterizado pelo fato de que uma mensuração e tomada em conjunção com o referido impacto entregue, mensuração que previne o referido recurso de estampagem (1) entregar um pós-impacto com um conteúdo de energia cinética apreciável, para o propósito de evitar efeitos negativos como uma conseq³ência de pós-impactos, depois do que o recurso de estampagem é retornado para a referida posição de partida. A presente invenção também se refere a um dispositivo para implementação do método para trabalho de material utilizando alta energia cinética anteriormente mencionado.
