Abstract

PROCESSO E FORNO PARA A FUNDIçãO DE SUCATA DE AçO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a fundição de sucata de aço em um forno, no qual, para o fornecimento de energia de fundição através de um canal de fluxo (8), um gás de trabalho é insuflado para dentro do forno e é conduzido por meio de pelo menos um queimador de plasma (10) sem eletrodo, sendo que a geração do plasma ocorre por meio de pelo menos uma bobina de aquecimento indutiva (18) que envolve coaxialmente o canal de fluxo (8) e que forma uma zona de aquecimento (17). A invenção se refere ainda a um forno de fundição (1), com pelo menos um dispositivo de aquecimento (6) que atravessa uma parede do forno para o fornecimento de energia de fundição, com a seguinte configuração restante: o dispositivo de aquecimento (6) compreende um corpo tubular (7), que envolve um canal de fluxo (8); uma seção longitudinal do corpo tubular (7) acha-se configurada como queimador de plasma (10) sem eletrodo, sendo que este queimador apresenta uma bobina de aquecimento indutiva (18) que envolve coaxialmente o canal de fluxo (8) e que forma uma zona de aquecimento (17).
