Abstract
"MOLéCULAS DE áCIDO NUCLéICO RELACIONADAS COM O AMADURECIMENTO DE MAMãO PAPAIA". A presente invenção refere-se a moléculas de DNA e constructos de DNA que promovem o amadurecimento do fruto de mamão papaia. A presente invenção é também dirigida a métodos para promover ou retardar o amadurecimento de plantas de mamão papaia através da transformação de mamão papaia com os constructos de DNA contendo os ácidos nucléicos que codificam proteínas ou polipeptídeos envolvidos no amadurecimento de mamão papaia. A invenção também refere-se a sistemas de expressão, células hospedeiras, e plantas contendo estes constructos de DNA.
