Abstract

"PRODUTOS DE FORMULAçãO DE SOLUçãO AEROSSOL MEDICINAL COM ESTABILIDADE QUìMICA MELHORADA". A presente invenção refere-se a um produto de formulação de solução aerossol medicinal com estabilidade química melhorada, compreendendo um inalador de dose medida pressurizada, compreendendo um recipiente de aerossol equipado com uma válvula de medição e contendo uma formulação de solução aerossol medicinal contendo um princípio ativo sujeito à degradação por peróxidos, um propelente de hidrofluorocarboneto, um co-solvente e, opcionalmente, um componente de baixa volatilidade, onde parte das superfícies ou todas as superfícies internas do referido inalador consistem de aço inoxidável, alumínio anodizado ou são revestidas com um revestimento orgânico inerte, e onde o recipiente possui uma extremidade com bordas arredondadas que evita rupturas nas borrachas usadas como gaxetas de válvula.
