Abstract
"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA PLACA COMPóSITA COM REFORçO FIBROSO DE EIXOS MúLTIPLOS, DISPOSITIVO DE EXECUçãO DO PROCESSO, PLACA COMPóSITA, UTILIZAçãO DA PLACA COMPóSITA, E, MANTA UNIDIRECIONAL à BASE DE FIOS". A invenção se refere à fabricação de placas compósitas com reforço fibroso de eixos múltiplos que consiste: - em formar uma manta unidirecional de fios de reforço dos quais pelo menos 50% em peso dentre eles são fios co-misturados constituídos por filamentos de reforço e por filamentos de uma matéria orgânica estreitamente misturados; - em conferir à dita manta uma coesão que permite que ela seja consolidada; - em consolidar essa manta em um suporte em movimento, em uma direção transversal em relação à direção do movimento; - em aquecer o conjunto de fios de reforço-matéria orgânica que se desloca de acordo com a direção de movimento e em fixar o mesmo por ação do calor, eventualmente aplicando-se para isso uma pressão, e depois em esfriar o mesmo para formar uma tira compósita, e; - em coletar a dita tira sob a forma de uma ou várias placas compósitas. A presente invenção se refere também a um dispositivo de execução do processo assim como aos produtos obtidos.
