Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE UMA FUSãO METáLICA EM UMA INDúSTRIA SIDERúRGICA". Em um processo para produção de uma fusão metálica em uma indústria siderúrgica, particularmente para refinação de uma fusão metálica, em uma técnica de cálculo, que se desenvolve de acordo com um modelo de processo e que controla a indústria siderúrgica, sendo que o modelo de processo descreve o comportamento de pelo menos um parâmetro de processo variável entre um valor de processo efetivo, um valor de regulagem e um valor final de processo, são realizadas as seguintes etapas: - com o modelo de processo é determinado, com dados de um valor de processo efetivo, tal como a temperatura da fusão e/ou a composição química da fusão, levantados em um momento determinado (ti), por simulação com técnica de cálculo, imediatamente no momento do levantamento do valor de processo efetivo, um valor de processo para o momento posterior (t~ i~ + dt) e - no caso de desvios do valor de processo simulado de um valor teórico desejado, são calculados por meio do modelo de processo, com técnica de cálculo, medidas corretivas para alteração do valor de processo efetivo e o valor de processo efetivo é alterado de modo correspondente, - após o que, em um momento posterior (t~ i~ + dt), o processo é repetido com outros dados levantados do valor de processo efetivo.
