Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA GRANULAR MATERIAL SINTéTICO TERMOPLáSTICO SAINDO DE ESGUICHOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para granular material sintético termoplástico saindo de esguichos, esguichos estes que são previstos em um disco de esguichos em uma disposição essencialmente circular e sobre os quais passam lâminas, girando em torno de um eixo de porta-lâminas, segurados por um porta-lâminas em posição inclinada em relação à direção radial, sendo que o eixo de porta-lâminas atravessa o centro da disposição circular, e um fluido de refrigeração para a refrigeração do material sintético granulado é levado para o disco de esguichos e as lâminas. O porta-lâminas com o eixo de porta-lâminas é disposto em uma caixa que se estende até o disco de esguichos, de forma substancialmente redonda, onde desemboca em direção tangencial uma entrada de fluido de refrigeração para gerar uma corrente circular na caixa onde gira o porta-lâminas, sendo que o fluido de refrigeração gira essencialmente com uma velocidade e um sentido de rotação na caixa que corresponde à velocidade de rotação e ao sentido de rotação de aberturas de passagem no porta-lâminas através das quais o fluido de refrigeração chega até as lâminas.
