Abstract

"APARELHO PARA INJETAR GáS EM UM VASO E VASO METALúRGICO EQUIPADO COM ESSE APARELHO". Uma lança de injeção (26) adequada para injetar gás quente em um vaso metalúrgico inclui um conduto de fluxo de gás alongado (31), o qual recebe gás quente proveniente de uma estrutura de entrada de gás (32), e uma estrutura tubular central alongada (33) que se estende pelo interior do conduto de fluxo de gás (31) partindo da sua extremidade traseira no sentido e para a sua extremidade dianteira. Adjacente à extremidade dianteira do conduto (31), uma estrutura central (33) suporta uma série de aletas de direcionamento de fluxo (34) para transmitirem redemoinho ao fluxo de gás quente que sai do conduto. A parede do conduto (31) que fica situada a jusante da entrada de gás (32) é refrigerada internamente a água mediante fluxo de água através de passagens anulares (43, 44). A água de refrigeração também flui através do interior de uma ponta de conduto (36) na extremidade dianteira do conduto (31). A extremidade frontal da estrutura central (33) que suporta as aletas de redemoinho (34) é refrigerada a água internamente por meio de água de refrigeração alimentada para diante através de uma passagem de fluxo de água central (52) proveniente de uma entrada de água (53) na parte traseira da lança até uma ponta (35) da estrutura central. A água de refrigeração retorna de volta através da estrutura central por intermédio de uma uma passagem de retorno de água anular (54) para uma saída de água (55), que fica situada na extremidade traseira da lança.
