Abstract

"MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM EIXO DE MANIVELA PARA UM COMPRESSOR RECìPROCO HERMéTICO". A invenção refere-se a um método de fabricação de um eixo de manivela para um compressor recíproco hermético incluindo as etapas de fornecer um eixo principal e uma parte de manivela excêntrica para um grau predeterminado do eixo principal que são separadamente formados. O eixo principal e a parte de manivela são juntados através de solda a laser. O eixo principal é um tubo oco e a parte de manivela é feita por sinterização. O eixo principal e a parte de manivela são conectados, e uma parte terminal do eixo principal é inserida na ranhura anular formada em um lado de conexão de eixo principal da parte de manivela. Conseq³entemente, o eixo principal é um tubo de aço trefilado, e a parte de manivela é formada por sinterização, assim o eixo de manivela se torna mais leve e nenhum processo posterior é necessário. Portanto, o processo de fabricação é notavelmente reduzido, e o eixo de manivela fabricado a um custo de produção menor.
