Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA INJEçãO SOB PRESSãO DE UM GáS EM UM LìQUIDO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a injeção sob pressão de um gás em um líquido, especialmente para ser empregado em processos para a separação de substâncias nocivas de suspensões, através de processo de flotação, abrange a insuflação atomizada de líquido no interior de um volume de gás. Para lograr uma transferência de substância essencialmente aprimorada, e uma aproximação efetiva da saturação máxima que pode ser lograda, um volume parcial da quantidade de gás é aspirado pela subpressão do líquido insuflado por atomização, sendo avançado juntamente com o líquido, quando com ele é intensivamente mesclado. O dispositivo para a concretização do processo abrange um recipiente pressurizado (2) para o líquido e um volume de gás que se encontra na sua superfície, com uma conexão pressurizada para o gás na região superior do recipiente pressurizado, além de um bocal (11) para a insuflação atomizada de líquido. Para lograr o efeito acima citado, o bocal (11) desemboca no cabeçote de um injetor (10), integrado no interior do recipiente pressurizado (2), estendendo-se este injetor na parte inferior do recipiente pressurizado (2) que recebe o líquido, e cujo cabeçote está unido com a região superior do recipiente pressurizado (2) que contém o volume de gás.
