Abstract

"FOLHA LAMINADA E SEUS MéTODOS DE FABRICAçãO". Uma folha laminada tendo uma textura semelhante a tecido pode ser obtida com película polimérica construída de pelo menos duas camadas senso laminada sobre um tecido não trançado, enquanto que parte da camada de película polimérica contatando o tecido não trançado penetra nos espaços entre as fibras do tecido não trançado para integrar os ditos membros num corpo combinado. Ela é apropriada para usos como materiais de embalagem e produtos de higiene pessoal. Todas as camadas de película polimérica são formadas de resina contendo carga inorgânica, e quando a folha laminada é submetida a um processo de estiramento, a folha laminada resultante comunica taxa de transmissão de vapor d'água elevada e carga hidrostática elevada. No caso da camada de película polimérica não conter carga inorgânica, pode se obter folhas laminadas tendo alongamento elevado.
