A invenção propõe um arranque de veículo automóvel, do tipo no qual um lançador (32) é móvel axialmente em um segmento dianteiro (20) de uma árvore motriz do arranque (10) entre uma posição recuada de repouso e uma posição avançada de engrenamento na qual um pinhão (54) do lançador (32) engrena com uma coroa dentada (58) de um volante do motor térmico do veículo, caracterizado pelo fato de que o pinhão (54) do lançador (32) tem um dentado (32) helicoidal.
