Abstract

"MéTODO PARA CONTROLAR A VELOCIDADE ROTACIONAL DE UM VENTILADOR DE REFRIGERAçãO, SISTEMA DE CONTROLE PARA USO EM VEìCULO, VEìCULO AGRìCOLA FORA-DE-ESTRADA DE MANIPULAçãO DE SAFRA OU MANIPULAçãO DE SOLO, E, VEìCULO DE TRANSPORTE DE ESTRADA". Método e aparelho para controlar um ventilador de refrigeração em um compartimento de motor, como um trator ou combinada. Um controle de ventilador recebe entradas de sensores e usa as entradas de sensor na determinação de velocidades de ventilador que satisfaçam necessidades de refrigeração enquanto limitando o consumo de energia. Dados de sensor incluem pelo menos um dos ajustes de PTO e transmissão, comando de aceleração manual e velocidade de motor, e ajustes de velocidade de ventilador e de condicionador de ar. Dados de sensor são recebidos e processados no controle de ventilador, que envia a maior velocidade de ventilador determinada para um atuador de ventilador. Quando a PTO for ativada e a transmissão estiver em posição neutra, a velocidade de ventilador pode ser controlada de acordo com uma tabela alternativa de temperatura de refrigeração. Quando o comando de aceleração manual for zero e a velocidade de motor estiver acima de um máximo, a velocidade de ventilador é ajustada em máxima. Quando o condicionador de ar for ativado, a velocidade de ventilador é ajustada a pelo menos uma velocidade de ventilador predeterminada.
