Abstract
"MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA CONTROLAR UM MOTOR PARA REDUZIR VARIABILIDADE DE EMISSõES DE DESCARGA DO MOTOR". Um sistema e método para controlar um motor, inclui detectar uma concentração de NOx nos gases de descarga produzidos pelo motor e gerar um valor de NOx detectado representativo desta, e controlar um ponto de ajuste de controle do motor como uma função do valor NOx detectado. O sistema também calcula um valor de diferença NOx subtraindo um valor NOx base do valor NOx detectado, e se um valor absoluto do valor de diferença excede um limiar, modificar o ponto de ajuste como uma função do valor de diferença NOx. O método também inclui detectar RPM do motor, detectar pressão absoluta da tubulação do motor (MAP), determinando o valor NOx como uma função das RPM e MAP do motor detectadas.
