Abstract

"APERFEIçOAMENTOS EM REFINADOR CÈNICO PARA DESFIBRAMENTO DE CAVACOS DE MADEIRA E SIMILARES". Compreendendo a justaposição de um rotor cónico (18) e um estator igualmente cónico (19 ), com faces refinadores defrontantes, definindo uma zona de refinação, onde vem ter o material a ser desfibrado, devidamente impregnado com vapor, e daí saindo desfibrado e isento de vapor, tanto o introduzido como o gerado durante o desfibramento, dito rotor (18) sendo formado por um cubo (20) para fixação ao eixo de acionamento (16) do motor, interligado por aletas radiais (21) a uma carcaça troncocónica vazada (22-23), e ainda provido, na extremidade de menor diâmetro, de uma tampa frontal (24), com orifícios (25) de passagem de vapor, posicionados entre lâminas (26) quebradoras de cavacos, dito rotor delimitando uma sub-câmara interna (14), onde é prevista uma turbina com pás de sucção (15), giratórias juntamente com o rotor (18), para a sucção de todo o vapor introduzido e gerado no interior da câmara de refinação, e com saída lateral independente (13) para retorno e reaproveitamento no cozinhador contínuo do equipamento.
