Abstract

"POLìMERO SOLúVEL EM áGUA DE éSTERES OBTIDOS DE áCIDO ACRìLICO E ALQUILPOLIALQUILENO GLICóIS, E, USO DOS MESMOS". Polímeros solúveis em água de ésteres obtidos de ácido acrílico e alquilpolialquileno glicóis, que podem ser obtidos por esterificação azeotrópica de uma mistura de ácido acrílico e alquilpolialquileno glicol em uma razão molar de desde 2 até 3:1 na presença de pelo menos 85% em peso, baseado no alquilpolialquileno glicol, de um solvente orgânico que forma um azeótropo com água, seguido por polimerização por radical livre, em um meio aquoso, da mistura obtida durante a esterificação, em que o solvente orgânico é eliminado por destilação azeotropicamente da mistura da reação durante a polimerização e a água removida por destilação é retornada à mistura ou substituída por uma alimentação de água fresca, e preparação e uso destes polímeros como um aditivo para sistemas de cimento.
