Abstract
"INSTRUMENTO QUE PERMITE FECHAR POR SUTURA SUBCUTâNEA UM ORIFìCIO REALIZADO NA PAREDE ABDOMINAL DE UM PACIENTE". A presente invenção se refere a um instrumento que permite fechar por sutura subcutânea um orifício realizado na parede abdominal de um paciente. O instrumento é caracterizado pelo fato de que ele compreende notadamente uma haste de êmbolo (5) do qual a extremidade age sobre uma lâmina flexível (8) de sustentação de agulhas (7) para fazer as mesmas saírem para o exterior na parte inferior (4) da cânula (3) do instrumento embaixo da parede abdominal (2) para permitir em seguida que a agulha penetre em uma parte de espessura dessa parede. A invenção encontra aplicação para a sutura de orifícios depois de uma intervenção cirúrgica por laparoscopia.
