Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA PREPARAR UM CONFEITO GELADO, E, CONFEITO GELADO". Processo e aparelho para preparação de um confeito gelado que compreende uma composição gelada que incorpora inclusões na distribuição desejada através de combinação de fluxo de composição gelada com um ou mais fluxos que compreendem inclusões, de tal maneira que os fluxos que compreendem inclusões são introduzidos descontinuamente em multiplicidade de posições na seção cruzada de fluxo de composição gelada, e extrusão do fluxo combinado resultante, sem primeiro submeter o fluxo combinado à qualquer etapa de mistura ativa.
