Abstract

"CONDICIONAMENTO DE GáS DE PROCESSO PARA SECADORES DE TABACO". A invenção refere-se a condicionamento de gás de processo para secadores de tabaco. Em particular, ela refere-se a um dispositivo para condicionar gás de processo para um secador de tabaco, em particular um secador de fluxo que compreende um dispositivo para introduzir e vaporizar água a ser adicionada ao gás de processo, no qual o dispositivo compreende uma unidade de vaporização (1) arranjada antes do secador de tabaco e antes que o tabaco seja introduzido para o interior do gás de processo. Além disto, a invenção refere-se a uma unidade de vaporização para introduzir vapor d'água para o interior do fluxo de gás de processo em um secador de tabaco, que compreende um tanque de fluxo de passagem no qual a água introduzida através de uma quantidade de jatos de borrifo (6) é completamente vaporizada em contato com o gás de processo, e a um processo para condicionar gás de processo para um secador de tabaco, em particular um secador de fluxo, no qual vapor é adicionado ao gás de processo introduzindo e vaporizando água, a água no fluxo de gás de processo sendo vaporizada em uma unidade de vaporização (1) antes do secador de tabaco e antes que o tabaco seja introduzido para o interior do gás de processo.
