Abstract

"PNEU COM BANDA DE RODAGEM COM REVESTIMENTO DE COR NãO PRETA CO-EXTRUDADO". A presente invenção se refere a um pneu com uma banda de rodagem circunferencial de cor preta contendo negro-de-fumo, com uma construção de topo/base, em que o topo da banda de rodagem tem uma configuração de ressalto e sulco, e em que a superfície externa da maior parte dos sulcos se destina a contato com o solo, e uma camada de borracha externa fina não contendo negro-de-fumo co-extrudada de cor não preta, em que a camada de borracha externa integra e se estende circunferencialmente da borda externa axial do topo de banda de rodagem para incluir pelo menos uma superfície visível de pelo menos um sulco no topo da banda de rodagem. Em um aspecto, a banda de rodagem contém um par de minialetas de banda de rodagem reforçadas com negro-de-fumo e de cor preta, que se estendem da borda externa axial da banda de rodagem por uma parte do flanco do pneu, em que a camada de borracha externa fina se une às minialetas, e em que o topo da banda de rodagem, a base da banda de rodagem, as minialetas da banda de rodagem e a camada externa fina são co-extrudados, co-curados e, portanto, estão integrados.
