Abstract

"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA CARREGAR MATERIAL EM UM MOLDE PARA PRENSAGEM DE ARTIGOS CERâMICOS". Um dispositivo para carregar material em um molde para prensagem de artigos cerâmicos compreende uma armação (T) suportando um carrinho (3) com pelo menos uma bandeja (4) suportada sobre o mesmo e pelo menos uma correia transportadora motorizada (6) arranjada em frente à bandeja (4), o carrinho sendo deslizável com movimento retilíneo alternante entre uma estação de alimentação (13, 17) para alimentar o material à bandeja (4) e sobre a porção superior da correia (6), e uma estação de carregamento para carregar o molde (7) com camadas superpostas do material (M, N) contido na bandeja (4) e depositado sobre a porção superior. O método de carregamento de molde compreende depositar o material em uma bandeja de contenção e sobre a porção superior de pelo menos uma correia transportadora motorizada arranjada em frente à bandeja; causar o avanço simultâneo da bandeja e da correia, que é mantida estacionária, acima do molde, movendo a bandeja de modo a ficar acima das câmaras de moldagem do molde e carregá-las por gravidade, formando uma primeira camada de material; simultaneamente, retrair a bandeja e a correia estacionária, colocando a correia na borda a jusante das câmaras; e causar a retração adicional da bandeja e da correia, atuada de modo a se mover, para liberar o material depositado sobre sua porção superior para as câmaras, de modo a formar uma segunda camada que é superposta à primeira camada.
