"PARAFUSO DE OSSO". Parafuso de osso incluindo dois segmentos rosqueados (5; 7) formados axialmente nas porções terminais destes e um segmento intermediário (6), o diâmetro externo D~ VS~ do segmento frontal rosqueado (5) sendo menor do que o diâmetro de núcleo D~ KH~ do segmento traseiro rosqueado (7), e o diâmetro externo D~ MS~ do segmento intermediário (6) sendo menor do que o diâmetro de núcleo D~ KV~ do segmento frontal rosqueado (5). Dispositivo para a redução, compressão e fixação de fragmentos de osso, compreendendo a) instrumento de implantação (15) compreendendo um furo central (17) que se estende através deste, de modo que b) uma chave de fenda (16) pode ser passada através de referido furo central (17) a partir da extremidade traseira (19) do instrumento (15), c) o furo central (17) sendo provido com uma rosca de parafuso interna (20) formada na porção terminal frontal (18) do instrumento (15), que é complementar à rosca de parafuso externa (9) formada no segmento traseiro rosqueado (7) do parafuso de osso (1), e que se estende a partir da porção terminal frontal (18) do instrumento de implantação (15) a uma profundidade T; e d) a profundidade T é <242> L, L sendo o comprimento do segmento traseiro rosqueado (17) do parafuso de osso (1).
