Abstract

Tornillo osteologico que incluye dos segmentos roscados (5; 7) formados axialmente en las porciones extremas del mismo y un segmento intermedio (6), siendo el diametro exterior DVS del segmento roscado frontal (5) mas pequeno que el diametro del nucleo, DKH, del segmento roscado posterior (7), y siendo el diametro exterior, DMS del segmento interior, (6), mas pequeno que el diametro del nucleo, DKV, del segmento roscado frontal (5).Dispositivo para la reduccion, compresion y fijacion de fragmentos oseos, que comprende: a) un instrumento de implantacion quirurgico (15) que comprende una perforacion central (17) que se extiende coaxialmente a traves del mismo, de manera tal que b) es posible hacer pasar un destornillador (16) a traves de dicha perforacion central (17) provista con una rosca interior de tornillo, (20), formada en la porcion frontal extrema (18) del instrumento (15), que se complementa con la rosca exterior de tornillo, (9), formada en el segmento roscado posterior (7) del tornillo osteologico (1) y que se extiende desde la porcion frontal extrema (18) del instrumento de implantacion (15) hasta una profundidad T; y d) la profundidad T es superior o igual a L, siendo L la longitud del segmento roscado posterior del tornillo osteologico (1).
